After his studies of graphics arts at “Met de Penninghen ESAG” in Paris, Eric Delmotte co-founded the design studio "L’Homme de Tête", where he worked for several years: Graphic design and visual identity works, photographs, posters, typography ...
His work then saw him creating films for commercials, music videos, short and feature films: His contribution included graphic design and typography, matte paintings, storyboard and movie titles. In 1998 he directed his first short movie “5549.” This is an experimental piece, based on lights and organic materials. Furthermore, in 1999, his photographic work was published in the book “Zurflüh-Feller: 1997: 99” (reportage and portraits of people in factory).
Then he began to direct commercials (Michelin and France Telecom amongst others), whilst continuing his work as a graphic designer (work included the visual identity of Pierre Hermé, and album covers for NTM, BlakeStrobe ...).
Today, he remains a director of commercials, short films, graphic design and movie titles.
